According to the Department of Labor, the average person changes careers between three and seven times over a lifetime. The Bureau of Labor Statistics found that people between the ages of 25 to 34 change jobs an average of 2.4 times during that period.

What do you do when you realize it’s time to make a change? Do you know what you want out of your career, or are you like a balloon that goes whatever way the wind blows?

During this program, you’ll complete a Transformation Readiness self-assessment and discover the eight tools to transform your career trajectory. Based on your assessment results, you’ll vote on which areas you would like to learn, and we’ll take a deep dive into the tools that are most relevant to you! You’ll walk away with improved self-awareness and some practical tools to help you transform your career trajectory!

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of the session, participants will be able to:

• Summarize the eight key areas that support successful transformations

• Self-assess readiness for transformation

• Begin working on improving readiness in one or more of the key areas
