Moderator: Tiffani Daniels – Managing Director Minnesota Business Coalition for Racial Equity

                                                               i.      A native of Detroit, Michigan, Tiffani Daniels is brand builder, strategist and racial equity advocate. It was her upbringing and training as a business leader that prepared her to serve as the inaugural Managing Director for the Minnesota Business Coalition for Racial Equity (MBCRE), where she is responsible for building the organization’s strategy, structure and operational plans to drive economic impact by leveraging the resources of Minnesota’s business community. In two years, she has positioned MBCRE for unprecedented impact and action.

                                                             ii.      Her career of building household brands began in global advertising agencies BBDO Worldwide and McCann Worldgroup. As a brand manager and P&L leader for General Mills, she led growth for Wheaties, LARABAR, FiberOne and more. In addition to her official roles, she has long supported and led corporate diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to support underrepresented groups in the workplace. She’s an active member of her church, Fellowship Minneapolis and volunteers her time to several community organizations and non-profits. Tiffani holds a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Missouri and an MBA from the University of Michigan. She lives in the Minneapolis area with her husband, Dameon, and sons, Quincy and DJ.

Panelist: Alisa Dalton – Senior Director – Diversity, Equity & Inclusion – Target

                                                               i.      Alisa Dalton is Target’s Senior Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) and Culture & Belonging. In her role, Alisa leads the team responsible for Target’s DE&I progress and strategy, focused on building a diverse workforce, equitable work environments and inclusive guest experiences, while driving positive societal impact. 

                                                             ii.      With more than 15 years of experience across supply chain and human resources functions, Alisa has built high-performing teams and driven progress across Target’s business. She is passionate about creating cultures of belonging and support that help every team member achieve their full potential.


Panelist: Daniel Shannon – Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion – Amazon Global Retail

                                                               i.      Daniel Shannon serves as the Global Head of DEI for Amazon Physical Retail, and leads Amazon’s enterprise HBCU and Divine Nine engagement strategy. Daniel is a seasoned business strategist with subject matter expertise in DEI, marketing, B2B sales, and large group facilitation. He’s served in various leadership capacities for nearly two decades in the CPG, financial services, retail, and tech industries.  

                                                             ii.      Daniel is driven by his desire to enhance the value proposition of spaces where he has influence, by leveraging his uncommon combination of professional and personal experiences. Daniel has a degree in Economics and Spanish from Howard University. He and his wife currently reside in Minneapolis, MN with their three children. When Daniel isn't working, he enjoys spending time with his family, working out, and gardening.


Panelist: Trisha Farrow – Vice President, People – Global HR – Arctic Wolf

                                                               i.      Trisha Farrow is a woman of faith, a wife, a mother of two, an assistant basketball coach, a volunteer at her church, a global Human Resources leader for Arctic Wolf Networks, and a woman convicted in her beliefs, passion, and commitment to leaving the world a better place than she found it. She is married to her jr high school sweetheart and loves spending quality time and creating memories with her husband Tim, and her two children Mia (9 yrs) and Madden (7 yrs). 

                                                             ii.      Trisha's professional career in Human Resources spans over 20 years in HR leadership and strategic business partner roles with a diverse background with various sized companies and sectors including public, private, employee owned, professional sports, and pre-IPO.  

                                                           iii.      At Arctic Wolf, Trisha serves as Global Vice President of People, Pack Unity Chair (DEIB) and Executive Sponsor for the company's Black Pack Unity Alliance. Trisha is passionate about equalizing the playing field, providing access, building bridges, and ensuring that the pack is place where all people feel safety, belonging, and can thrive.

                                                           iv.      When Trisha is not at work, you can find her with her family, at her children’s sporting events, and ensuring she carves out time for herself, her husband, and her gal pals. She is an extrovert, a servant leader, a woman who leads with love, empathy, and kindness. Her approach to Human Resources is centered on the human and she grounds herself, her team, and life on the famous Maya Angelou quote, “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”
