When and Where

Registration closes on April 25th

The Launch program is dedicated to uplifting new and emerging leaders, enhancing their abilities with confidence-boosting, skill-building, research-backed learning. Participants will establish a strong foundation, which, in turn, positively impacts their ability to lead others and contribute to organizational success.


Developed in partnership with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), Launch is an accessible learning program that creates pathways to higher leadership for those kicking off their career journey.


Launch’s accessible price point and low hourly commitment (Four weeks, 3 hours/week) make it an excellent way to re-invest in new leaders without burdening their busy schedules. Plus, Launch offers mixed-company cohorts which create excellent opportunities for attendees to expand their network!

Time Commitment

This is a 3-week program comprised of on-demand digital learning (with bi-weekly virtual connects). We expect this to be a commitment of 4 hours per week, for a total of 12 hours. This cohort begins on May 2nd and ends on May 23rd.

Who Should Attend

New front-line or community-facing leaders, such as Team Leads, Supervisors, Shift Leaders, Managers, and other leaders of individual contributors. Additionally, high-potential individual contributors, new project managers, interns to leadership roles, and more experienced leaders seeking a skill refresher will benefit from the program.

An email with instructions on how to access the Launch platform will be sent to all registrants prior to the start date.


Cancellations and Refunds

Registration cancellations must be received prior to or equal to 10 business days (2 weeks) prior to the event to qualify for a refund, less the cancellation fee. To cancel a registration, navigate to “My Event Registrations’ from your NextUp Online account. Select the registration you wish to cancel and click ‘Cancel.’ Within two weeks from the start date of the Event, there are no refunds. See Transfer opportunities below.



Transfers

You may transfer your registration to another member of your organization up to three days before an event provided you have not activated your account on the learning platform. Requests are subject to NextUp approval. Transfer requests received after the 3-day deadline will incur a transfer fee if the transfer is possible. Request a transfer
