Join the Dallas Next Up community with Yoga, new NextUp connections, and refreshments. Coca-Cola company will provide hydration and Koia will provide nourishment. Light Yoga instruction will be offered to help us unwind from the busy day, and afterwards we plan to mingle. Free Koia Yoga mat for the first 5 attendees to arrive!
Please wear comfortable clothes that will be flexible for yoga activity. Please bring a towel or yoga mat, on which you can exercise.
