When and Where

Have you ever seen memes encouraging you to let go of the past to make room for the future... and you're like "Gee. Thanks, internet. If only I had thought of that before. Let me start now!"

On some level, we know that healing is important... we just never get to it, because the kids need help, dinner is boiling over on the stove, and the dog is making a mess on the floor.

But there are two things many of us haven't thought of:

1. Those past unresolved hurts are silently undermining your goals and holding you back from the life and career you want (and are totally capable of creating.) I'll share 7 specific ways this is probably happening in your career right now, and you don't need a PhD in psychology or neuroscience to grasp the problem or put a stop to it.

2. "Healing" doesn't have to be an elusive, ambiguous process best left for church and therapy. While there's always a deeper level we can unpack with spiritual and psychological experts, there are also extremely practical entry points that pay dividends in ROI.

This workshop is about getting started dealing with the real stuff that keeps getting in the way. You'll learn:

  • 7 specific forms of silent career sabotage to be on the lookout for
  • A practical process for linking forms of sabotage to a past hurts/forgiveness opportunities
  • The Proactive Forgiveness Process, so forgiveness stops feeling like a huge, elusive idea and becomes a routine part of your life as a leader/professional
  • Come prepared with a notebook, pen and general idea of a personal or professional career goal that has felt just out of reach in the past. (You won't need to share this out loud.)
