This is a quarterly 1:1 networking initiative hosted by NextUp Carolinas to strengthen connections among professionals across the NextUp Organization. Each quarter, participants are matched with a fellow NextUp member to spark conversation, share insights, and build meaningful relationships – whether for mentorship, collaboration, or simply to expand their network.
