Keynote Speaker

Noel Geoffroy, Head of North America Consumer Health Care, Sanofi

Noel is responsible for commercial operations in the U.S. and Canada for Sanofi’s portfolio of consumer healthcare brands including Allegra®, Icy Hot®, Gold Bond® and Ducolax®. Noel is an accomplished consumer products executive recognized for her commitment to business growth and profitability, capability-building, and cultural innovation.


Noel joined Sanofi in January 2019 from Kellogg’s where she was President of US Frozen Foods. Prior to her position as President, Noel held a senior marketing position at Kellogg’s where she oversaw brand strategies, innovation pipelines and commercial plans for several of their iconic brands. Noel also held key leadership positions at the H.J. Heinz Co, where she oversaw the US Condiment and Sauces business and at P&G where she began her career and held numerous brand and marketing roles on leadings brands.


Noel received a Bachelor’s degree in language and international business from Clemson University and a Master’s of Business Administration degree from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. She is also a Fulbright Scholar.
