Brian Giroux, Vice President/General Manager, Customer Development Kimberly-Clark North America, will share what mentorships have meant to him throughout his career and how you can help others as a mentor. Upon conclusion of Brian’s story, we will move into breakout rooms to grow our networks, reflect and discuss how we can bring some of these ideas to life in our relationships.
Keynote Speaker
A 34-year veteran of the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry Brian Giroux is Vice-President /General Manager, Customer Development leading the US Grocery, Specialty and Agency businesses. Prior to this role, Brian was the Vice President, Customer Development Capability where he led the KCNA Business Unit Sales, Customer Development Sales Strategy, BU Sales, eCommerce, Shopper Engagement and Supply Chain teams. As well, Brian led the Customer Development Organization as Interim President of U.S. Consumer Sales where he successfully led the organization through the 2017-18 Kimberly Clark restructure. Brian has a proven track record of leading sales organizations, building customer capability and delivering results. He has considerable expertise in the areas of talent development, change management, and Go-To-Market design and implementation.
Before joining Kimberly-Clark in March of 2015, Brian worked for more than 28 years at Kraft Foods holding leadership positions in sales management, strategy, operations and planning. In 2012, Brian was appointed to Vice President of Sales, Kraft Beverages where he led strong sales and share growth along with the international expansion of products.
In 2010, Kraft appointed Brian Vice President of the Customer Development organization where he led the re-design and implementation of a transformative sales go-to-market approach. Brian’s leadership capabilities and experience with business integrations and national launches brought great value and success to the business.
Brian has held positions on the AC Nielsen Advisory, Washington Food Industry, Western Association of Food Chains, and City of Hope boards.
Brian earned his bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Iowa State University. He and his wife Chris live in Madison, Wisconsin. They have 4 children.
