As leaders, we need to know what behaviors to look for in our teams during times of change. As individual contributors, it is important to know why you may react to change in a certain way. In “Responses to Change and Helping People Transition” we deep dive into behavioral responses to change. We’ll map out the varied way resistance can present and how to redirect that energy into productivity, and how to lean on the maximizers in the group without driving them to burnout.
