The #IWD2021 theme is #ChooseToChallenge. At NEW Toronto, we are Choosing to Challenge the perceptions of equality for men and women in leadership. 

 

This special International Women's Day event includes:


  • A learning presentation by Kantar Insights Canada Public Sector Lead, Tanya Whitehead, covering Global and Canadian findings from The Reykjavik Index For Leadership, a report measuring perceptions of equality for men and women in leadership, including results from G7 countries and new countries added in 2021: India, Kenya, and Nigeria
  • A 25-minute networking session where attendees are placed in breakout groups to develop action steps on how they will #ChooseToChallenge in 2021
  • A panel discussion with varied group of leaders who have chosen to challenge and will be sharing their stories with the audience.
    • We’re excited to welcome these 5 leaders to our panel;
