NEW Horizons teaches key skills, including delegation, executive presence, and more. Facilitated small group sessions help build a network of support, while your accountability partners help you stay on track. One-on-one coaching then layers the learning and strengthens individual growth! You'll also learn more about your unique leadership style through the use of a robust tool, coupled with a proprietary assessment that both you and your supervisor will use to build your Individual Development Plan.

Member and Non-Members who have approximately 7-10 years of leadership experience and typically have a Director or Sr. Director title.
