What are microaggressions and how do we stop them in the workplace? What do we do when we accidentally perform a microaggression? And conversely - what are behaviors we SHOULD perform to make others feel valued, respected, seen, and heard? In this session, participants will learn to identify microaggressions and how to use microaffirmations instead. Attendees will learn the definition, application, and impact of microaffirmations in their day-to-day workplace interactions.
