Join us as we explore the dynamic interplay of inclusive leadership styles and followership motivation in a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) context. This session delves into the relationship between leaders and followers, emphasizing the crucial roles each has in fostering a diverse and inclusive organizational culture using research from private, not-for-profit, and public sectors.  


Participants will review and draw upon practical applications from private, not-for-profit, and public sectors to better understand how inclusive leadership styles and followership behaviors can create an inclusive organizational culture, capitalize on a team's diverse strengths, and drive positive DEIB change while excelling at its organizational objectives. 


CommUNITY Forward Speaker Series – this series will be a part of our 2024 CAU offering and open to all members. As professionals dedicated to DEIB, it is crucial to actively initiate and disseminate learning opportunities accessible to everyone. Recognizing that DEIB is a collective responsibility, we're thrilled to incorporate this series into CAU and extend its reach to a broader segment of our member base.
