The NEW Executive Leadership Lab is a leadership development experience designed exclusively for senior-level women (directors, senior directors, VP’s) working to position themselves to advance in their organization in the retail, consumer packaged goods, technology, and financial services sectors.
NEW Executive Leadership Lab applicants should be seasoned professionals who work across departments and possess a general management perspective and should be identified by their organizations as high-potential talent.
This exclusive leadership development program will help senior-level leaders gain a deeper understanding of individual strengths and potential derailers, perfect decision-making skills, fortify negotiation abilities and enhance executive presence. The program includes three (3) assessments, two (2) in-person intensives and three (3) individual executive coaching sessions. Additionally, the NEW Executive Leadership Lab provides emerging executives access to some of the world’s foremost industry and academic experts. The program assists participants in modifying or eliminating outdated paradigms and associated behaviors and gives them insights into organizational needs and industry trends.
The information you provide on this registration form will help ensure NEW Executive Leadership Lab participants share a common level of experience and aspirations.
Participation in the NEW Executive Leadership Lab is by nomination only. Submitting a registration form does not assure entrance into the program.
